If you would like us to refer you to My Aged Care or have any questions about receiving meals from us, please phone our friendly Centre Coordinator on 0403 686 655 between 9am and 12.30pm weekdays. If phoning outside these hours, please leave a message on our answering machine. You could also email us from our "Contact Us" page and we'll phone you back.

What is the cost?
Those eligible for a subsidy through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, pay $8.50 for a 2 course meal or $10.50 for a 3 course meal. If you do not qualify for the subsidy the cost is $11.00 & $13, respectively.
What does a meal consist of?
A meal comprises of a main course, soup and/or dessert.
What time is my meal delivered?
Meals are delivered on weekdays (Monday - Friday) and will normally arrive in time for lunch. We can deliver frozen meals to cover weekends and public holidays or days when you won’t be home at delivery time.
Do I have to take meals every day?
No. You can have a meal on as few or as many week days (Monday – Friday) as you like. The choice is entirely yours and you can cancel or suspend deliveries at any time.
Who delivers my meal?
All deliveries are made by our friendly dedicated volunteers.
How and when do I pay?
Most clients pay on a Monday for the meals they received the previous week. Alternatively, invoicing on a monthly basis can be arranged. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or internet bank transfer. Our deliverers carry a small cash float for change and you will always be given a receipt for money collected.
What happens if I have a hospital or doctor’s appointment, or am going out for a day?
Please advise the office, with as much prior notice as possible, and we can leave your meal with a friend or neighbour, provide you with the meal the day before or cancel your meal for the day.
What if I’m not home when you call and I forgot to tell you in advance?
We will leave a blue card letting you know we tried to deliver. Unfortunately we can’t leave the meal in an esky at your door.
Do you give my personal information to anybody?
