Volunteers are the foundation of any Not-for-Profit organisation and at Meals on Wheels it is no different.

Our services are made possible because of the many caring and supportive volunteers who come back day after day, week after week and often year after year.  We welcome people of all ages and walks of life, and are always eager for new people to join and bring their expertise.

It’s not just about delivering meals.  You may be able to help with invoicing, provide handyman or admin skills, write newsletters or prepare promotional flyers for events. You may even like to join the Management Committee. Our Management Committee comprises of people from diverse backgrounds and lends a balanced perspective to decision making.

Our Volunteer Coordinator would love to hear from you if you have some spare time on your hands - once a week, once a fortnight or once a month.

Why not email her from our “Contact Us” page so she can phone you to discuss how you can make a contribution.

At Kenmore we require approximately 10 people per day just to enable us to dispatch our meals.  These include:

We also have Client Coordinators who do home visits to new clients and existing clients annually.
